Ultras Culture Return Policy

At Ultras Culture, you have the right to return a product within 30 days of receiving it. This means you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item is unworn or unused, with all tags still attached.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@ultrascult.com.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We will assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without giving a justification.
As above, the item must be unworn or unused, with all tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ultrascult.com.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
