Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
Please, when you place an order, make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
When you make an order, make sure also to put a correct mail and telephone number, we need to be able to contact you if there are problems with the delivery.
Delivery Time
We order our products from the best productors and retailers in the world, and we embroider and sew them by hand in The Netherlands.
For this reason, we need usually 3-10 working days to ship out the regular orders packages.
Shipping Problems
If there is any shipping problem due to our fault, we will resend the order once it is returned,
If there are shipping problems because you put wrong data/address or you were not at home many times, you will have to pay the shipping again to have the re-shipment or, if you don’t want the re-shipment, we will make a refund of the order, excluding the shipping costs.
